When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I was overweight growing up and was a major emotional eater.
What made you choose to lose weight?
A classic friend thought I had been pregnant after i wasn’t which was the kick-start I desired.
What were the most crucial changes you made to lose weight?
No more soda and junk food. I also started drinking lots of water.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
There are temptations all over the place from dinner get-togethers, get-togethers and practically something that involves food.
How long made it happen get you to start to determine results?
A few months.

I’m a personal trainer now and every one of my clients keep me motivated.

I’ve been featured in two magazines and on The Today Show. I've got a successful blog on Facebook and even wrote a book. Now i work full-time like a fitness expert helping ladies much like my former self and that i like it!
Do you've any advice for other people who are attempting to lose weight?
Keep at it! You truly won’t be motivated until you see the results yourself so you have to fake it to really make it.
